Phase 1 · Deliverable 5

Messaging framework

One clear story about Mind Games, told the right way to students, parents and ministry leaders.

Positioning statement

For Christian students ages 15 to 21 who are starting to ask hard questions, Mind Games is a small-group summer experience from Probe Ministries. It takes every question seriously and gives students the confidence to own their faith before college tests it.

TaglineThink hard. Believe deeply.

Alternates to test: Your questions are welcome here. · Faith that holds up. · Ready for the questions college will ask.

A note on the name

The name 'Mind Games' needs a clear line after it. Always pair it with 'a worldview and apologetics summer experience from Probe Ministries' until interviews show how the name lands.

What Sue told us

Highlighted responses from the Phase 1 kickoff document

Why Mind Games exists

Sue created Mind Games as a college-prep conference after seeing how many students lose their faith after high school. The goal: build faith and confidence before they graduate, so it holds up later.

Parents are the buyers

Parents sign their kids up — they are the real target audience for registration marketing, even though students attend.

Reach students by phone, not email

Students prefer to be contacted by phone or text. Many don't have their own email — one mom had to create one for her kids.

Price is going up — and families are price sensitive

2027 price rises to $900 (from $695 in 2026). With 13 of 18 campers in 2026 applying for scholarship, price and scholarship messaging must be front and center.

2027 dates

June 14–20, 2027. The 2026 web page has not been updated yet.

Current channels

Probe's radio program mentions Mind Games about 3 times between January and May. Social posts run on Facebook and Instagram (Terrance handles social). Probe's Facebook page is a known referral source.
