Key findings

Calculated live from the enrollment workbook

Finding 1

Enrollment is small, so every student counts

Mind Games has averaged 19 students a summer, peaking at 24 in 2019 and dipping to 14 in 2025. Just a handful more students per year would change the trend line.

What to do: Set a clear, specific 2027 goal and track it weekly on this dashboard.

Finding 2

Recent seasons trail the early years

The last three completed seasons averaged 18 students, compared with 21.3 in the first three tracked seasons.

What to do: Reach new families. Word of mouth alone is not growing the program.

Finding 3

Returning students are a real asset

About 30.3% of each roster is returning students, and 20% of all students have come more than once.

What to do: Build a formal alumni and bring-a-friend program. It is the cheapest growth lever.

Finding 4

Heavily concentrated in TX

75% of students with an address on file come from TX. Other states appear only occasionally.

What to do: Win the home region first through churches, schools and co-ops, then test one or two nearby metros.

Finding 5

Gender mix leans one way

Across all seasons: 70 male and 36 female students recorded.

What to do: Show both young men and young women in photos and testimonials, and ask interviewees about the imbalance.

Finding 6

Scholarships matter

48% of all enrollments received a scholarship, and 12 scholarship applications are on file.

What to do: Put scholarship availability up front in parent messaging, and tell donor stories to fund more.
